Where can I find resources to help me manage my wellbeing?
We want you to succeed at LSBU and beyond. There are lots of resources available that can help you develop and maintain your wellbeing. There's something for everyone, and we'd encourage you to try a few things out to figure out what suits you.

If you want to talk to someone
If you don't want to talk, but do want to connect:
  • Togetherall is an anonymous, safe, online peer community where you can give and get support from people like you. You can express yourself with words or images, without any fear of judgement. There's also short courses, self assessments and access to a mental health professional (not LSBU staff) if you want. It takes less than 5 minutes to sign up for free with your LSBU email. Find out more here: What is Togetherall?
  • Kooth is an online mental wellbeing community for people up to the age of 26. They provide counselling, peer support and a range of resources designed to help you take control of your wellbeing.

If you'd rather do things independently: If you would like to book an appointment with the wellbeing team:

If you are currently having thoughts of harming yourself or ending your life, please know you are not alone and support is available. This FAQ has more info: I have had thoughts of suicide. How can I get help?
