I think I'm drinking too much alcohol. What support is available?
Lots of people drink alcohol, particularly as part of socialising or relaxing. We might notice that alcohol helps us feel more confident, forget about our worries, or even seem to help us fall asleep. 

However, evidence suggests that alcohol can also make us feel low in mood, anxious, irritable and reduce the quality of our sleep.
