There are also lots of free resources available to help you develop strategies to cope with and reduce stress, including:
- Being Well, Living Well modules on Moodle – with modules to help you learn how to maintain a healthy body and mind while at University
- Togetherall, a safe, online, peer community where you can anonymously connect with people with the same experiences as you. You can also take self-assessments, complete short wellbeing courses, and speak with a mental health professional if you want to.
- The Mindset Matters Moodle site – contains resources to help develop positive learning and wellbeing skills to become a confident, resilient learner
