If you're aware of an incident of hate, harassment or sexual violence, our Report and Support site contains information on the various support services available, while allowing you to informally notify us of your concerns and discuss potential next steps (including reporting options) with one of our advisors.
You can also directly and formally report an incident of misconduct involving an enrolled student under the Student Disciplinary Procedure.
How to report and incident

Click on the ‘Ask us a question’ button on the MyAccount homepage.

Select ‘General enquiry’ as the nature of enquiry.

Choose ‘Report an incident (Student Disciplinary)’ as the topic.

Fill in the form with all the relevant information, then press ‘Submit.’
Once that's received, we'll make contact to discuss the next steps. You can also withdraw or amend your report at any time. Please also see the FAQ: How can I manage my enquiries in MyAccount and see if they are being answered?
