Your course director handles the running of the course. If you have general questions about timetables or module choices, or would like feedback on any element of your course, then they are the right people to speak to.
If you have a more complicated question or something that hasn't been able to be resolved, then they are also the right people to speak to.
Find your Course Director using MyAccount:
- Log into your MyAccount (if you haven't already)
- Go to the Academic Development tab to see your Course Team listed
- Go to the My Support tab to book an appointment with them.
If you have a question that’s specific to the module you’re currently studying, then your Module Leader should be your ‘go-to’ person. You can find their details in MyAccount too.
