Telephone appointments:
You will be called on the number that you have listed on your MyAccount profile – please double check this before your appointment and update it if necessary. Please note the call may come from a withheld/blocked number.
Online/virtual appointments:
You will be called on MS Teams at the time of your appointment. As long as you are logged on to Teams, you will see the incoming call and can answer it. You will not normally be sent a link to a meeting.
In-person appointments:
For Southwark students
In person appointments are at the Student Centre, which is at 103 Borough Road, SE1 0AA.
For Croydon students:
In person appointments are in room 202 CEH.
