If you've forgotten your password to log in to the enrolment portal, please use the forgotten password link on the log-in page. You'll then be asked to enter your email address and answer your security question. Once this is done, we'll email you a new password.
If you've forgotten both your password and the answer to your security question, then the enrolment team can manually re-set your password for you and sort out the security question. Please raise this through MyAccount.
