I am a new student. How do I set up my IT account?

Once you've completed your enrolment, you'll get an email from us containing:
 

• your LSBU student ID number
• your new LSBU email address
• your username (the bit before the '@' symbol in your LSBU email address)
• a temporary password, which you'll need to change before you can access your accounts.

To change your password:
 

• Go to office.com

• Enter your LSBU email address, and click 'Next'

• Enter your temporary password, and click 'Sign in'

• Next, you'll be prompted to create and confirm your new password

• You will then see a message stating 'Don't lose access to your account!', where you'll be asked to enter your phone number, personal email address or security questions for verification

• Click 'Finish'.
