How can I see my disability or dyslexia support plan in MyAccount, and can I change it?

As a current student, if you've told us about a disability that you have, or an additional learning need (like Dyslexia), then we create a support profile for you. We do the same if you reach out for support from our Mental Health and Wellbeing team too. You can easily view your support plans on MyAccount, and can request updates and amendments where needed.
 

You can view your support arrangements in four simple steps:
 

1. Log in to your MyAccount (if you haven't already)
2. Click the ‘My support’ tab in the main menu.
3. Scroll down and click on the ‘Disability, dyslexia and wellbeing support profile’ tile.
4. You can now review your ‘Support profile details’ and ‘Support arrangement details’ or request changes via the ‘Request edit to Support Profile’ button.
