How can I book or cancel an appointment with support teams using MyAccount?

Current LSBU students can book appointments with advisors quickly and simply using MyAccount. Choose whether your appointment takes place virtually, or in person, at a time that suits you. You can also choose a specific advisor or team you want to meet with. For example:

  • a Disability Advisor
  • a Mental Health and Wellbeing Advisor
  • a Digital Skills Trainer
  • a Subject Librarian
  • and many more.

Book an appointment

Log in to your MyAccount first, if you haven't already, then follow the steps.
  1. Select the 'MY SUPPORT' tab from the top of the MyAccount homepage.
  2. Select the 'Schedule an appointment' button.
  3. Select the team you'd like to schedule an appointment with.
  4. Select the advisor you'd like to schedule an appointment with.
  5. Select the time and location of the appointment.

Get a confirmation email

Following the booking, you'll receive a confirmation email to tell you who you have booked with, and when and where you have arranged to meet. You will also receive a reminder closer to the time.

Changing your appointment

Once you've made your appointment, if you need to double check or amend the details, you can find these under the 'MY SUPPORT' tab on the MyAccount homepage. If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, you can do that there too.
